Automotive Service Advisor

Our growing, family-owned dealership is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to help customers understand their vehicle needs, coordinate repairs, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

Key Skills & Requirements:

·        Excellent customer service and sales communication skills.

·        Ability to build trust, explain service recommendations, and handle concerns.

·        Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

·        Basic automotive knowledge is helpful.

·        Experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

Core Responsibilities:

·        Greet customers on the service drive and record vehicle and customer information.

·        Perform walk-around inspections and document symptoms or concerns.

·        Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in clear, easy-to-understand terms.

·        Prepare written estimates for labor and parts, review warranty or service contract coverage, and obtain customer approval.

·        Create repair orders in the dealership management system, order parts, and schedule service bays.

·        Keep customers updated throughout the repair process and coordinate with technicians.

. Process payments and schedule service appointments.

Position Details:

·        Full-time

·        Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

·        Occasional Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
