Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide knowledgeable guidance on available models.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while maintaining company policies.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competition.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Assist customers through the financing and vehicle delivery processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for customer service and sales.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
