Automotive Sales Consultants

We are looking to fill two positions on our sales team. We are a mover and a shaker in the car business and our BUSINESS IS BOOMING!! We are a fast-paced store and need to fill these spots with clean-cut, reliable, self-driven, sales professionals.

A strong work ethic is a must. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We'll train you!

Our sales performers are earning from $29 to $62 per hour ($60,000 to $128,000 in annualized pay)! We offer a great pay plan with awesome performance bonuses. Our pay is competitive and merit-oriented.

Main Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Product knowledge, act with integrity to answer customer questions and move the sale of automobiles forward.
• Prospect, follow-up, and contact potential customers

Retail Sales Representative Job Description:

We are looking for qualified retail sales representatives to provide our customers with outstanding service and make sure all their needs are met.

A good job candidate is a person with strong communication skills who knows how to delight customers and make them feel welcome and respected. A positive and friendly attitude is a must, as well as the ability to efficiently and effectively handle potential customer complaints and refunds. A good retail sales representative must ensure that every customer leaves our store satisfied and wants to come back again.

A qualified candidate must also have excellent product knowledge, and ensure that sales is high energy and fun!

Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative:

• Greeting customers
• Helping customers find what they are looking for
• Introducing customers to vehicle options
• Informing customers about sales and promotions
• Upselling products when appropriate
• Answering questions about products or services
• Coordinating cross-departmentally for outstanding customer service

Retail Sales Representative Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience as a retail sales representative or similar role is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Customer Follow-Up.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good organization skills.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Ability to successfully work in a team.
• Stay teachable and open-minded.
