Supporting the recruitment process, the full-time Automotive Technical Recruiter will utilize various sourcing methods to interview candidates, maintain employment records, and communicate job opportunities, all while working remotely near Indianapolis or Columbus, IN. Key responsibilities Utilize computer databases and Internet resources to recruit candidates and conduct interviews to gather work history and qualifications Prepare and maintain employment records while informing applicants about job opportunities and organizational benefits Support pipeline management and facilitate the conversion to the offer process for potential hires Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant recruitment experience Strong organizational skills and experience in either in-house or agency recruitment Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
