We are looking for strong, energetic, people-focused team members who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.The Paintless Dent Repair Technician is responsible to ensure that store used car inventory is front line ready for resale maintaining company standards.Responsibilities:Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory instructions and standardsTreats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect.Maintains attendance and punctualityAdheres to company policies and procedures.Maintains a clean and organized work area. Keeps area free of debrisMaintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress codeRepairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standardsChecks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and receivedNotifies management of any additional repairs needed. Documents any additional parts and labor required to perform a satisfactory repair.Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised timeMaintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials.
