Automotive Painter

Position: Automotive Painter
Pay: $27-$30/hr
Shift: 6:30 am-3:00 pm (Monday-Friday)
Location: Bedford Park, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Automotive Painter to start IMMEDIATELY at $27-$30/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities

• Apply primer, paint, and clear coat using spray guns in a paint booth
• Perform body repairs, including bondo application
• Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Wet sand, buff, and finish painted vehicles
• Maintain the paint booth and follow safety protocols

Qualifications

• Prior experience or technical training in automotive painting
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and paint specifications
• Support prep work and final paint application processes
• Support booth maintenance and proper use of painting products
• Meet manufacturer requirements for paint application

Skills

• Automotive painting: primer, paint, clear coat
• Spray gun operation and paint booth workflow
• Vehicle surface preparation: cleaning, sanding, priming
• Wet sanding and buffing techniques
• Proper handling and storage of paint products
