Automotive Office ManagerLocation: Cerritos, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Salary: $110,000 + DOEWe are seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to lead the full-scope accounting and financial operations of our high-volume Ford dealership. This is a hands-on accounting leadership role in the business office responsible for the financial integrity of the store, working directly with dealership leadership and ownership.Key Responsibilities:Full ownership of dealership accounting: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, month-end close, and financial statementsManage contracts in transit, dealer reserve, and manufacturer incentive reconciliationsOversee warranty receivables and inventory accounting (new, used, F&I, parts, service)Ensure compliance with manufacturer (Ford Motor Company) accounting standards and factory statement requirementsLead internal audit, reconciliation, and internal controls processesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for dealership leadershipManage tax compliance and coordinate with external auditorsLead and develop the office/accounting team (title clerks, accounting clerks, etc.)Drive process improvements within the DMS and accounting workflowsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience requiredStrong proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS); CDK experience strongly preferredDeep understanding of factory statements, incentive accounting, floor plan reconciliation, and dealership financial operationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; CPA a plusHigh proficiency in Excel and financial reporting toolsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
