Responsibilities:

Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.

Utilize advanced tools and technology to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.

Collaborate with service advisors to communicate findings and recommend solutions.

Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.

ASE Master Certification or equivalent preferred.

Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented demeanor.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
