Automotive Title ClerkThomas Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and managing vehicle titles and registrations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Experience is a must!!
Key Responsibilities: • Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled. • Prepare tax and title documents. • Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications. • Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles. • Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work. • Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins. • Bill out all dealer trades and prepare Certificates of Origin. • Handle registration paperwork like titles and license plate tags.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceVacation Pay401K with company Match
