We’re looking for a dedicated Automotive HR and Payroll Coordinator to help manage employee relations, payroll, and HR processes while supporting basic accounting functions to keep our operations running smoothly.Job Type & ScheduleJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shiftWork RequirementsWork Location: In personAbility to Commute: Holland, MI (Required)Role SummaryBarber Ford is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Automotive HR and Payroll Coordinator to handle the day-to-day human resources, payroll, and administrative functions of our dealership.

This role will ensure accuracy in payroll processing, maintain compliance with employment regulations, and provide HR support to all employees.
