As a Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our delivery fleet, which includes Sprinters, Isuzu Reach, W700's, Ford Transits and Cargo Vans. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.Also, learn about EV maintenance as EV's are added to the Fleet!Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance on delivery fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspectionsDiagnose and repair mechanical issues on fleet vehicles, including diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systemsConduct thorough inspections of fleet vehicles to identify potential issues and prevent breakdownsKeep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on fleet vehiclesCommunicate with management and drivers to ensure that all vehicles are safe and roadworthyMaintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 4-years of experience as a diesel mechanic or fleet mechanicExperience working with Sprinters, Isuzu Reach, W700's, and Ford TransitsStrong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systemsAbility to diagnose and repair mechanical issues quickly and accuratelyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMust have own toolsValid driver's license and clean driving recordWe offer a well-appointed mechanic work area and a supportive team environment.
