Detailer Position at Sudbay Automotive Group
Sudbay Automotive Group in Gloucester is looking for a detailer to work at our busy dealership. Sudbay has an excellent reputation on the North Shore! Join our team and help us grow! We are looking for a highly motivated person who takes a great deal of pride in delivering a quality product.
The primary job description includes:
- Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle exteriors
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and floor mats
- Clean and condition interior surfaces including leather, vinyl, and plastics
- Apply ceramic coatings, sealants, and protective treatments
- Perform paint correction and scratch removal when needed
- Clean windows, wheels, tires, and engine bays
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery
- Maintain detailing equipment and workspace cleanliness
- Previous automotive detailing experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of detailing products and techniques is a plus
