This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our vehicle sales and financial records.ResponsibilitiesProcess and cost all new and used vehicle deals accurately and in a timely mannerVerify deal documentation for completeness and compliancePost vehicle sales, trade-ins, commissions, and related transactionsReconcile schedules including inventory, receivables, and payablesWork closely with the sales and finance departments to resolve discrepanciesMaintain organized records of all deals and accounting entriesAssist with month-end closing and reportingEnsure adherence to dealership policies and accounting standardsQualificationsPrior experience as an automotive deal coster, title clerk, or dealership bookkeeper requiredStrong understanding of dealership accounting and deal structuresExperience with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) preferredExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth insurance, paid time off, and other benefits availableSupportive team environment with opportunity for growthWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
