This role acts as the bridge between the Sales/Finance (F&I) department and the Accounting office, verifying all documentation for accuracy and compliance, funding deals with lenders, and calculating commissions.This is a full-time, on-site position.Key CompetenciesAttention to detail and accuracyBasic accounting knowledgeStrong organizational skillsTime management and dependabilityProfessional communication skillsResponsibilitiesDeal ProcessingPost finalized new, used, and wholesale deals into the Dealer Management System (DMS)Documentation ReviewReview deal jackets for completeness, including signatures, accurate pricing, VIN verification, and proper tax/title documentationFinancing & FundingSubmit contracts to financial institutions, monitor contracts-in-transit, and ensure prompt fundingTrade-ins & PayoffsProcess payoff checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institutions in a timely mannerCompliance & FilingMaintain organized records for auditing purposes, adhering to state, federal, and company regulationsCommunicationCollaborate with sales consultants, managers, and F&I to resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerThe duties and responsibilities defined above are not an all inclusive list, but a general summary of typical duties.
