The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle contracts, managing dealer trades, handling payoffs, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.Key Responsibilities:Process new and used vehicle contracts promptly, especially at month-end.Pay off trade-in vehicles as soon as funding is received.Process dealer trades and reconcile flooring.Reconcile schedules weekly and monthly to maintain clean records.Cancel and reconcile warranties as needed.Reconcile commissions and bonuses.Process wholesale sales.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of automotive accounting or automotive experience required.Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on tasks.Professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor.Reynolds & Reynolds experience is strongly preferred.What We Offer:Competitive pay ($30-$35 per hour)Health InsurancePaid VacationOn-the-job training and opportunities for growthJob Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
