nRole Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Body Technician with at least 3–5 years of professional experience. In this role, you will be responsible for complex collision repairs, structural restoration, and ensuring every vehicle is returned to pre-accident condition following precise manufacturer specifications.
nKey Responsibilities:
nStructural Repair: Perform frame straightening and unibody alignment using computerized measuring systems.
nBody Restoration: Remove, repair, or replace damaged body panels, fenders, hoods, and trim.
nMetal Work: Execute high-quality welding (MIG/TIG) and metal fabrication as needed for structural integrity.
nCollaboration: Work closely with estimators and managers to identify supplemental damage and provide accurate repair timelines.
nQualifications:
nExperience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a professional body shop environment.
nCertifications: I-CAR or ASE certification is preferred.
nTechnical Skills: Proficiency with frame machines, welders, and modern diagnostic software.
nTools: Must possess a complete set of personal professional tools.
nLicense: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
nTraits: Strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality "invisible" repairs, and a team-oriented mindset.
