This position works closely with dealership teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure financial accuracy, strong vendor relationships, and smooth daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor, parts, and credit card invoices daily with accuracy and efficiencyUpload invoices within 24 hours of receipt to maintain compliance and workflow efficiencyReconcile vendor statements and credit card accountsInvestigate and follow up on missing, outstanding, or aged invoicesAssist with month-end close activities and maintain proper supporting documentationRespond professionally and promptly to internal teams and vendor inquiriesHelp maintain strong financial controls and process consistency across dealership operationsQualificationsExperience with a Dealership Management System (DMS) preferredAutomotive Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable experience preferredAccounting degree preferred, but not requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills with both internal teams and external vendorsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyComfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environmentEqual Opportunity EmployerKrause Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
