This role performs a variety of accounting clerical tasks related to the maintenance/processing of payable/receivables account records, statements, and invoices. Working closely with the accounting team to maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing processes.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage daily depositsRun cc reports for sales, service, wholesale and retail partsCollect cash/checks from all rooftops and wholesale/retail partsPost cash/checks for sales and servicesRun deposit reports for sales, service, wholesale and retail partsScan checks to bankProcess 8300 forms for any cash deals $10K and overCollect all reserve statements for prior monthPost all bank reserves for each statementPost and add adjustments to F&I logMove status (new, used, loaner) of vehicles for all rooftopsCreate journal entries in CDK to move inventory, floor plan, and depreciationEnsure all paperwork and registrations match plates and vin#s; give to managers at each rooftopCollect toll invoices for parts trucks and loaners, send to service dept.
