This position is ideal for someone who already understands dealership accounting processes and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily accounting operations for two dealershipsPosting and reconciling deposits (cash, checks, and EFTs)Accounts payable processing and statement reconciliationAssisting with deal funding, payoffs, and postingFloorplan assistance and payoff trackingReconciling schedules and general ledger accountsSupporting month-end closing tasksCommunicating with managers and vendors as neededMaintaining accurate and organized accounting recordsRequired ExperienceAutomotive dealership accounting experience REQUIREDPrior accounting or bookkeeping experienceStrong understanding of dealership schedules and accounting flowExperience with dealership management systems (Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds, or similar preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to meet deadlines in a high-volume environmentPreferred QualificationsMulti-store accounting experienceAccounts payable and receivable experienceMonth-end closing support experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceStable, long-term positionSupportive team environmentGrowth opportunities within our dealership group
