Experience working with Selenium, Cucumber automation frameworks to automate 3-tier application validations in a batch environment. 2+ years of experience working with Mainframe batch applications – JCL job execution, Control-M Batch scheduling, manual data validations, Cobol DB2 and Mainframe file-based application.
Experience with Distributed applications, Unix, Shell scripting and batch applications. Proficient in data mining using SQL and creating test data based on production examples.
Experience working in high-volume applications to validate data accuracy, performance and scalability. Proficient working with a geographically disperse team in a agile/scrum model.
Experience with CI/CD Pipelines using Bamboo/Jenkins/GitHub Actions etc. and Source code repositories like Git, Bitbucket etc. is a plus. Strong communication skills & domain knowledge: Ability to engage in synergetic application and platform wide testing exercises. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Enthusiastic relationship builder: ability to partner multi-functionally and work efficiently with different levels and functions within an organization.
Experienced in working/leading Geographically dispersed team that operates across time zones. Good understanding of Financial Services, trading, brokerage industry and regulatory documents is a plus.
