Automation Tester With GCP Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with a strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP) background.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test automation, cloud-based application testing, and validating data pipelines and services deployed on GCP.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.Validate applications and services hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Test cloud-native applications, data pipelines, and microservices.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.Analyze test results, identify defects, and support issue resolution.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Required Skills:Strong experience in test automation using Python, Selenium, PyTest, or similar automation tools.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.Knowledge of SQL and database testing.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with Lumi platform.Exposure to BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and other GCP services.Experience testing cloud-based data engineering or analytics solutions.Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes environments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
