Automation Team LeadShould have minimum of 7 to 8 years of IT experience. Should have led the automation team. Has experience in creating automation test plans.
Has experience in implementing automation test strategy. Has been involved in automation approach identification, finalization, and implementation. Has automation framework design experience.
Has experience in identifying the automation scope and involved in estimation. Able to identify risks, dependencies for automation work. Able to lead and coordinate team work, assign tasks, and review deliverables.
Should have a complete understanding of different automation techniques, frameworks (either UI or non-UI). Should have worked on API automation tools.
