This position offers the opportunity to directly influence facility performance, reliability, and safety while applying advanced automation expertise in a dynamic field environment.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix), RTUs, and HMIsCalibrate and maintain instrumentation for level, pressure, flow, and vibrationSupport automation systems integrity across well pads, batteries, SWD sites, and compressor stationsProgram and modify logic in Studio 5000 (Ladder, Function Block, Structured Text)Configure and commission installations using P&IDs, Cause & Effect matrices, and control narrativesDesign and maintain HMI screens and alarming systems in FactoryTalk ViewUse SAP or CMMS tools for work planning, documentation, and maintenance trackingAdhere to MOC procedures and corporate programming standardsQualifications3+ years as an Automation SpecialistStrong proficiency with Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View)Knowledge of analog/discrete I/O, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus communicationsAbility to interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and loop sheetsMust meet conditional job offer requirements including background check, drug test, MVR check, and fit for duty/agility test.
