Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
SNI Financial is partnering with a recent IPO company that is the leader in their industry. We’re looking for an analyst (Automation / Finance Systems Analyst) who can partner with accounting and finance teams to identify automation opportunities and improve financial accuracy using Microsoft’s Power Platform.
Job Duties
- Lead walkthroughs with Accounting stakeholders (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Reporting) to identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Document processes, lead stakeholder meetings, and support UAT and training efforts
- Maintain and enhance existing automation tools to ensure long‑term effectiveness
Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills with hands‑on experience in Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Comfortable leading meetings, managing stakeholders, and documenting processes
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to learning new automation skillsets
- Background in accounting or finance is a plus (not required); Workday, SQL, VBA, or Python experience is a plus
- High‑visibility role partnering directly with Accounting and Finance leadership
