Automation Project Manager - Ohio - 12 months

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Automation Project Manager to support this project and help deliver this world-class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead and coordinate automation project activities, ensuring successful deployment and operational readiness across multiple sites.
• Establish and maintain project governance, including action tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Automation Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Equipment Vendors and Programme Management.
• Oversee readiness planning and deployment activities for automation platforms, infrastructure, equipment and manufacturing operations.
• Prepare and present project status updates, readiness dashboards, milestone reports and leadership communications.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and accountability, ensuring actions, risks, issues and dependencies are effectively managed through to completion.

What you’ll need:

• Experience of project management experience supporting technical, engineering, infrastructure, automation, or manufacturing projects.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating large cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience with risk, issue, action, and dependency management.
• Experience leading stakeholder coordination efforts across multiple organizations.
