Automation Engineer/RPA DeveloperAn opportunity exists to join a new Automation Services team within a leading credit union. We are seeking experienced Automation Engineers/RPA Developers to help drive this initiative. This role offers the chance to design, build, and scale automation solutions across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automation solutions, including RPA and intelligent automation.Partner with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.Build scalable workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Support automation platforms through monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.For senior-level candidates: lead solution design, mentor engineers, and contribute to shaping strategy.Required QualificationsExperience: 3–8+ years of experience in a relevant role. Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.Technical Skills: Experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is required, with a preference for UiPath. This includes strong hands-on automation development experience and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
