Automation EngineerThis position is focused on test automation and development skillsets and requires extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing and overseeing automated solutions across various platforms (web-based, client-server, service/API, etc.). Responsible to work with business analyst to understand business requirements and analyze complex processes and systems, identify test automation opportunities for implementation of effective solutions. Design, develop and/or implement automation for API/Service using frameworks such as RestAssured with Java and UI frameworks using Selenium with Java (TestNG, Cucumber/clientD).
Experience using Gherkin language to write detailed automation test cases. Execute manual scripts and convert into automated test scripts (service and UI). Identify, plan and execute automated testing activities and ensuring that all tests meet the necessary compliance and regulatory statues, policies and procedures. Implement test automation frameworks and solutions based on the testing need. Develop and maintain quality repositories to assure quality data integrity, including IBM DB2, Oracle, SQL, S3 and other database platforms.
