Automation Engineer IIIDesign, fabricate and assemble the mechanical elements of automated manufacturing cells. Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical elements of existing cells.Key ResponsibilitiesMechanically focused automation engineer:Integrate mechanical elements of a system.Design and manufacture mechanical elements of a cell.Use standard mechanic's tools to build new and troubleshoot/repair existing systems.Specific equipment & software: CNC mills and lathes, welding, basic fabrication, 3D printers. Familiarity with sheet metal and weldment design.
