Automation Developer (Fully Remote)

• This position is responsible for designing and maintaining travel software, automating manual processes, and ensuring efficient workflows.
• You will work remotely, collaborating with various departments and vendors, and report progress to leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design end-to-end workflows.
• Provide support desk services, triaging and resolving client issues via email or Zendesk.
• Maintain documentation, ensure application compliance, and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements:

• Two or more years of travel industry experience, with expertise in at least one GDS.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
