Managing the end-to-end build, integration, and commissioning of automation solutions, the full-time remote Automation Deployment Leader will coordinate project execution, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and cybersecurity standards. Key responsibilities: Coordinate build, integration, and commissioning activities for automation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery Lead the development of project scope, schedules, and integration requirements while collaborating with system integrators and internal teams Manage risks and changes throughout the project lifecycle, tracking performance against KPIs and maintaining comprehensive project documentation Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 10+ years of experience Expertise in managing large, complex automation projects from design through commissioning In-depth knowledge of automation architectures, safety standards, and cybersecurity requirements in industrial settings Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement abilities Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
