Overview
One of our client is looking for an experienced Automation & Controls Engineer based at Phenix City, AL with PLC/Automation/HMI in manufacturing environment. This person will work closely with another E&C Engineer as well as our Process Engineer. He/she will own plant infrastructure - pulling electrical/operations together. Both low and high volt components.
Responsibilities
* Focus on electrical systems in the plant as well as control schemes - particularly as they apply to automation projects.
* Support ongoing plant operations and help set growth and migration targets for future state.
* Contribute to new plant projects as a critical member of the plant leadership team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
* Control Systems Engineering in Manufacturing
