Key responsibilities Monitor and adjust underwriting strategies based on performance metrics and data insights Lead initiatives to develop technical underwriting guidelines and best practices Manage complex queries and referrals, ensuring profitable business writing and portfolio management Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of underwriting experience or High School Diploma with 10+ years of underwriting experience Advanced knowledge of Auto lines of business and the legal and regulatory environment Experience in portfolio management, underwriting, and product development Ability to lead through innovative thinking and collaborate across all organizational levels CPCU designation preferred
