Martin's Auto Service is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team in Landisburg, PA. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems and components.
  • Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Maximize productivity through effective time management and quality repairs.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve shop performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive, growth-focused work environment.
  • Follow established repair and safety procedures while maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

  • Automotive technician experience at the A-Level, B-Level, or C-Level.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle concerns.
  • Strong productivity and time-management skills.
  • Advanced diagnostic ability is especially valued for A-Level and B-Level Technicians.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow through training opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base pay: $28.00–$30.00 per hour for all hours worked in the shop.
  • Production bonus available after approximately 30 flagged hours.
  • Up to $100,000 earning potential based on production and performance.
  • Flexible compensation structure based on experience and performance.
  • Training and professional growth opportunities.
