Managing the complete subrogation process, the full-time Auto Subrogation Specialist will investigate, negotiate, and settle auto claims with subrogation potential while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Navigate proprietary databases to process and resolve subrogation claims, negotiating settlements and determining the need for arbitration or legal action Demonstrate thorough knowledge of various auto subrogation claims and stay current on relevant laws and trends to maximize recovery efforts Document all activities related to claims, including communications and resolutions, while maintaining timely follow-ups and updates Required qualifications: Experience handling moderate to high complexity auto subrogation files Knowledge of commercial auto, medical payments, personal injury protection, and product liability claims Ability to effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and law enforcement, managing difficult conversations professionally Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
