We are seeking an Auto Mechanic to service passenger vehicles, light trucks, SUVs, and mixed vehicle types. This role performs inspections, diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and parts installation using standard shop equipment, OEM diagnostic tools, advanced scan tools, and specialized manufacturer equipment. The mechanic will have limited customer contact while providing service recommendations as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnostic testing.
- Perform engine repairs and brake service.
- Complete oil changes and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems.
- Install replacement and repair parts.
- Use standard shop equipment, OEM diagnostic tools, advanced scan tools, and specialized manufacturer equipment.
- Provide service recommendations to customers as appropriate.
- Document completed inspections, diagnoses, and repairs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience.
- Training in automotive technology.
