The company supports numerous top-tier lenders and financial institutions with collateral recovery.As an Automotive Locksmith Technician on our team, you:Are at least 25 years of ageHave a high-school diploma or equivalentHave a minimum of 2 years' experience in automotive locksmithingAre punctual and responsibleAre detail-oriented and a team playerAre motivated and can work without constant supervisionAre organized and driven to meet deadlinesHave a valid Texas driver's license without a suspension in the last two yearsHave reliable transportationHave a clean backgroundCan pass pre-employment screening and unannounced drug screening throughout your employmentCan thrive in a multi-cultural and multi-generational environmentYou should:Have knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication, and transponder programmingHave ignition removal experienceHave 1-2 years of lishing experienceHave all keys lost experienceHave basic computer experience and typing skillsHave a smartphone with a good quality cameraBe an excellent communicator (verbal and written)Be comfortable using various technologies (phones, tablets, computers, cameras etc.)The job:Maintain all customer and company policies and procedures required to meet complianceMaintain equipment and inventory within an assigned company vehicleAccurately submit photos, invoices, and work orders into an invoicing system on a timely basisUsing Lishi's to decode locksCut and program new vehicle keysThe pay: (Hourly rate depends on experience)$1,000 each week + $2.00 per key commission (151+ keys cut monthly = $3.00 per key)
