Auto Liability Claims Representative

Analyzing Auto Liability claims for a dedicated client, the full-time remote Liability Claims Representative will adjudicate complex customer claims, develop action plans for resolution, and maintain professional client relationships. Key responsibilities Process low-level general liability claims by gathering information and determining liability exposure Develop and coordinate claims' action plans to resolution and approve claim payments Communicate claim actions with claimants and clients while ensuring proper documentation of claim files Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred Knowledge of nationwide jurisdiction Licensing preferred
