Working remotely full-time, the Auto Liability Adjuster II will manage the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of Auto Liability claims, including complex coverage issues and property damage claims. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, determine liability, and assess damages Handle property damage claims for both first- and third-party claimants, ensuring adherence to proper procedures Evaluate claims for potential fraud and negotiate settlements while maintaining communication with all parties involved Required qualifications Minimum of two years of property claims handling experience High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Must secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to negotiate effectively in challenging situations
