Responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling Auto Liability claims, the full-time remote Auto Liability Specialist II will handle both first- and third-party claims, ensuring proper coverage determination and legal liability assessment. Key responsibilities Plan and conduct thorough investigations to analyze coverage, liability, and damages Manage property damage claims, including those involving attorney representation Evaluate claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as needed Required qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of property claims handling experience High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Possession of or ability to secure state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits Strong negotiation skills in challenging situations Ability to analyze and interpret auto policy provisions effectively
