We provide opportunities to develop a skillset that equips the AFS Operator for oilfield work including equipment fueling and light repair work.Requirements:Prior oilfield experience required, with preference given to candidates with roustabout, frac hand, fueling, production, or related field operations experiencePrevious supervisory, lead operator, crew lead, or informal leadership experience preferredStrong understanding of oilfield operations, field expectations, safety standards, schedules, and the physical demands associated with working in remote and fast-paced environmentsExperience with fueling operations, natural gas systems, frac site support, or related energy operations preferredMechanically inclined with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting, identify equipment issues, and support operational efficiencyAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in changing field conditionsDemonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, assess, and resolve issues quickly in high-pressure environmentsAbility to communicate professionally and maintain positive working relationships with customers, crews, and operations teamsWillingness and ability to learn new equipment, technology, processes, and operational requirementsAbility to work long hours, rotating schedules, and adapt to the demands of oilfield operations as business needs requireMust possess reliable transportation and ability to report to assigned locations as neededStrong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellenceProven track record of demonstrating leadership, initiative, and accountability in field operations with the potential to develop into advanced operational or supervisory rolesJob Duties:Operate the BAT fuel box according to company proceduresEnsure all equipment is fueled at all times; never allow equipment to run low or out of fuel. Provide basic maintenance/operations inspections for equipment and hosesComplete rig-up and rig-down of AFSMaintain accurate tickets and recordsExecute basic mechanical repairsPerform maintenance and projects at frac sites and the yardMonitor and report fuel levels and keep open communication with DispatchMust be willing to work both on location and in the yardProvide excellent customer servicePerform all other duties as assignedDon't half ass your future!
