Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive business growth, and develop a high-performing team within the mobility solutions industry.

This is a purpose-driven leadership opportunity supporting customers who rely on wheelchair-accessible vehicles, adaptive seating, hand controls, scooters, lifts, and other mobility equipment to maintain or regain their independence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead overall business operations with responsibility for profitability and performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual business goals.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Coach employees and provide sales and deal support.
• Build a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
• Drive revenue growth and ensure sales goals are achieved.
• Build relationships with customers and referral sources.
• Resolve customer challenges and identify opportunities to improve service.
• Ensure customers receive mobility solutions tailored to their individual needs.
