Key responsibilities Investigate auto accident details to determine appropriate payers and submit claims to insurance companies Conduct high-volume outbound calls to patients, insurance representatives, and attorneys to gather necessary information Prepare denial reports and audits while providing team support to enhance overall operations Required qualifications Experience with Coordination of Benefits and a general understanding of insurance billing (preferred but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high outbound call center environment Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Technical proficiency to navigate multiple computer screens and software applications
