Responsibilities:
- Learn and internalize Earl Stewart Toyota's customer experience policy: The Earl Stewart Code
- Perform work specified on the repair order/estimate with efficiency and superior craftsmanship following manufacturer's recommendations
- Test-drive vehicles
- Communicate directly with the manager/writer so that customers can be informed if any additional repairs are needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Requirements:
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
