Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with collision repair, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform collision repairs including structural and non-structural body work
- Remove, repair, and replace damaged panels and components
- Conduct metalwork, welding, sanding, and finishing
- Ensure repairs meet safety and manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with estimators and team members
Qualifications:
- Prior auto body / collision repair experience required
- Ability to use body shop tools and equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
- I-CAR certifications are a plus (not required)
