n· Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing damaged vehicles, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all safety standards are met.
n· Repair and replace damaged body parts.
n· Perform welding and metal fabrication.
n· Perform body work on vehicles, including sanding, grinding, and painting.
n· Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials.
n· Mend damaged body by hammering out or filling in dents and welding broken parts; ensure all gaps and fits are to industry standards; remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills; and bolts or welds replacement parts in position and reassemble after parts are painted.
n· Operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.)
n· Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards; Wash and prepare vehicles for customer return.
n· Comply with all Auto Collision Group, Inc. safety rules, guidelines, and standards.
nJob Requirements
n· Must be at least 18 years of age.
n· Must have a valid driver’s license.
n· Must have 1-3 years of auto collision experience.
n· Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
