To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Auto Adjuster I or II will investigate automobile accidents, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate claims while working independently and collaboratively. Key responsibilities Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, adjusting claims within authority limits Collaborate with fraud and subrogation representatives to achieve optimal outcomes for claims Identify customer needs and provide appropriate service while managing claims from start to finish Required qualifications Experience in conducting liability investigations and managing auto claims Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry practices Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong customer service skills to meet client needs effectively
