How You Will Help
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Support structured routines and transitions
- Provide behavioral support and redirection as outlined in care plans
- Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and safety supervision
- Observe and report behavioral or functional changes to the care team
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of relevant paid experience
- Credentials:
- Active Florida CNA license or
- HHA certificate or
- Active RBT certification
- Autism Experience: Prior experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Compliance: CPR certification and Level 2 background screening
- Reliability: Ability to commute to client homes in assigned areas
- Classification: Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
