You will implement individualized behavior plans using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while promoting safety and engagement.
The role requires patience, compassion, and teamwork. Training is provided; candidates must be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds, and pursue RBT certification after onboarding.
