Autism Behavior Intervention Technician — Data-Driven & Collaborative

Higher Ground ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism spectrum disorder. You will implement behavioral interventions and collect progress data under supervision, working closely with families and our clinical team.

Based at our center with opportunities to work in home or community settings, you will help translate treatment plans into actionable strategies and contribute to ongoing program evaluation and improvement.
