Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Duluth-based Behavior Technician to support children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans in-home and in our clinics, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and track progress under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You’ll collaborate closely with families and a mission-driven clinical team, receive robust training and ongoing coaching, and grow your skills in autism services and ABA as you help children build meaningful, lasting skills.
